The project is still accepting submissions. Although we've reach over 100 artists, the likelihood that all 100 will participate is low, so alternates are needed to fill the gaps. Anything that isn't used in the first pass will be held until it's determined whether there will be a second run at the project. If there isn't enough demand, all extra work will be returned.
